Showcasing Ray White Rural and Livestock Australia

By Bella Pulj

This edition of Ray White Rural and Livestock’s 36-page property liftout is our guide to the great rural holdings and regional investment opportunities across Australia right now. It’s a vast and expansive document, covering communities from Western Australia to Western Victoria, with our typically strong input from Queensland and New South Wales offices and agents.

We’ve had a huge few months as a company. In the twelve months to the end of the financial year, the company achieved $1.4 billion in property sales. This is a new record for this division despite the challenge of drought in Queensland, where half of our offices are based. Nonetheless, commodity prices buoyed buyer interest and in Southern Australia the market has boomed on the back of very favourable seasonal conditions and low interest rates.

With a concerted focus of bringing talented individuals into our network, we have added 17 franchises in NSW, six in Victoria, five in Queensland, three in Western Australia and one each in NT and SA over the last twelve months. This has no doubt contributed to our best ever financial year turnover. Our focus on technology and innovation has paid off with the launch of the new We invite you to peruse any of many properties we have available to purchase this month.
