State Manager - NSW
Growing up in the rural NSW village of Coolah the young Chris Malone learnt early the benefits of having a strong work ethic, it was this combined with a relentless desire to achieve perfection that saw Chris perform on rugby fields at the highest level. Despite a career that then saw Chris coach rugby at both a national and international level it was a yearning to work in rural Australia that saw him retire from rugby and join Ray White Rural in 2018.
The lessons learnt on the field and his competitive nature made the transition from professional rugby to real estate both seamless and highly successful for Chris. Being process driven and having developed a huge network of connections throughout his career Chris quickly rose through the corporate world to become State Manager for Ray White Rural & Livestock. Utilizing skills honed whilst coaching rugby, Chris adapted easily to both a sales role and more importantly in a training position which sees him travel nationally supporting sales staff for Ray White Rural.
As fulfilling as his new role was, the desire to service clients in rural NSW was stronger and the invitation to join the sales team at Ray White Rural & Livestock NSW was quickly accepted. This new opportunity allows Chris and his wife Belinda along with their three sons to remain living in Sydney whilst Chris can follow his passion and work in the bush. Joining Andrew Starr and Bruce Birch as part of the sales team will provide both support in rural areas but also constant contact with Sydney based corporate and family enterprises.
