By Lyndsey Douglas

Managing director of Ray White in Parkes, Condobolin and Forbes, Tracie Robertson, won the Outstanding Business Leader awarded at the Western NSW’s 2019 Business of the Year at a gala dinner hosted by the NSW Business Chamber.

In her twentieth year as a Ray White business owner, the accolade recognises Tracie’s leadership and growth ambition in her diverse real estate business covering residential property sales and rentals, farmland and water sales, livestock and commercial sales. Ray White Parkes, Forbes and Condobolin was also recognised on the night under the category for Excellence in Innovation.

Tracie is now a finalist in the state awards. The award recognises those who demonstrate outstanding entrepreneurial spirit, strategic business direction and innovative ideas, whilst providing inspiration to a new generation of upcoming business leaders.

CEO of Ray White Rural Stephen Nell says Tracie’s constant growth and ambition has been of great benefit to buyers, sellers and investors in real estate in the far Central West of New South Wales.

“Tracie’s leadership of nearly 30 staff across three locations being Forbes, Condobolin and Parkes, and her dominant market share of sales with some $20million in property sold annually and around a thousand rentals across that region is a testament to her dedication to her community and her belief that it’s a great place to live and own property.”

The Judges commented that Tracie had “…great initiatives…excellent strategies…admirable achievements and experience…a well deserved winner.”

The NSW Business Chamber’s Business Awards celebrates business excellence in NSW by recognising and rewarding outstanding businesses whose passion, determination, innovation and success inspire other businesses and business people.

Over 12 months, across 14 geographic regions, the awards showcase the success stories of our members, helping to strengthen business in NSW through the sharing of success stories and lessons learned from our finalists and winners.

The NSW Business Chamber described Ray White Parkes as a driven and ambitious property services firm.

Tracie has grown a struggling business from one small rented office in Parkes with five staff, to six franchises across three towns with 22 staff. Today, Tracie manages all operations of the company which now encompasses real estate services, mortgage broking, training, and guest speaking. She also wrote and produced the jingle for the current Ray White Orange television advert.
