More home loan ranges for Parkes, Condobolin and Forbes residents

By Lyndsey Douglas

Home buyers in Forbes, Parkes and Condobolin now have access to 30 lenders via well known local and trusted mortgage broker Katrina Ferguson.

Operating as a Loan Market representative based out of the three towns, Katrina is supporting a number of the region’s real estate agents and their clients to secure finance.

Katrina has over a decade of financial industry experience and says the benefit of her alignment with Loan Market is that she has access to a wide panel of lenders.

“Because Loan Market is unaligned to any particular bank, I can sit down and find the best possible deal for each client’s individual circumstances from 30 different lenders,” Katrina says.

“A core focus for my business will be fitting in around my customers and providing exceptional customer service. Everyone has commitments, jobs, kids, responsibilities. I’m able to meet with clients face to face, and am flexible with times. If you need to catch up before work or after, I’m only a phone call away.”

Principal of Ray White Forbes, Condobolin and Parkes, Tracie Robertson (where Katrina will be based during the week) said Katrina is known for her efficiency.

“She can secure the most suitable loan in a short period of time, ensuring you don’t miss out on the property of your dreams.”

Tracie said she realised a need for the local community.

“We have noticed that many local banks now require a video link up to a lender in a city location which is often difficult and impersonal It also makes it hard to build up a relationship with your lender who understands your financial situation for the next time you need a loan.”

“And Katrina can organise much than finance for a home loan. She can complete asset finance, personal loans, car loans and investment loans too.”

“As well as that Katrina has been in the local banking industry in many capacities including lending over the past 10 years and is looking forward to being able to assist country people with their loan applications on a face to face basis.”

Today, 52 per cent of Australians use a broker rather than going straight to their bank.

‘We know it’s important for borrowers to look at all the options. Sometimes banks take their regular clients for granted, whereas Katrina’s job is to get you the most appropriate loan, at a great rate, with any of the extras you require.”

Katrina’ Ferguson can be contacted on 0435 963 713.
