Darling Downs stock and station agency, Ray White Eastern Rural Dalby, has returned from the Gold Coast with a swag of awards for their achievements both in the rural division in the company and on the international stage.
Principal Roger Lyne (pictured with Dalby Mayor Paul McVeigh of Western Downs Regional Council) took out top gong for rural business owners, the livestock team ranked second in the nation, and the office was rated as the third best performing rural property sales office for the financial year.
But their achievements weren’t limited to the rural division of the network with its 103 offices across Australia. At a dinner of 2000 agents, Roger Lyne was recognised as the tenth highest performing principal in the broader group which includes some 12,000 residential and commercial members across ten countries and over 1,000 individual businesses.

“To be number ten in the entire group is an extraordinary effort from Roger and the Dalby team, competing with major offices in all parts of Australia, New Zealand and Asia. It shows a commitment to clients and a great leadership position in our rural network,” Ray White Rural chairman Paul White explained.
Mr Lyne was the first rural agent in the company’s history to attain this illusive Chairman’s Elite status. Paul White said this was a rare and prestigious accolade.
“The agents that achieve Chairman’s Elite titles are often based in the likes of Bulimba in Brisbane or Double Bay in Sydney. Roger’s recognition in this space is a testament not to the strength so much of the local property market, but to the strength of his reputation and the quality of the results he delivers for locals in the Darling Downs,” Mr White explained.
“Never before in the company’s 24-year history has a Ray White Rural agent attained the Chairman’s Elite status. Roger is our first to do this,” chairman Paul White said.
“Being named a Chairman’s Elite in the Ray White Group is reserved for agents attaining more than 122 sales for the year or a significant value of sold property equating to being in the top 50 agents in the entire organisation.”
