Number six is an AUCTION of “Manordale” 532.7ha, “Baileys”, 217.8ha near Clare, South Australia for $4.97 million

Number five is a AUCTION result of $5.2 million for grazing operation “Oban View” on 2114ac in the New England

Number four is the PRIVATE TREATY sale of ‘The Lakes’ Manning Valley, NSW on 436.63ac for $5.93 million

Number three is a POST-AUCTION sale of “Riverslea” for $6.1 million over 4,000ha south of Surat, Queensland

Number two is last week’s AUCTION sale of “Kenda Park” for $7.1 million, 1000acres in central west New South Wales

**Drum roll please** And number is the OFF-MARKET sale for $10.2 million in the Monaro region in southeast New South Wales (but we can’t show you the video of that one).
